I have recently purchased a Dell Computer from David and his team. I can honestly say the customer service was really efficient and even with a sense of humour. From the initial advice to ordering what I wanted nothing, was too much trouble. To top the service I did not have to worry about transferring everything over from my old computer to the new one it was all done for me so I could start using my new computer straight away. I now have their full technical support if I have any queries, much better than spending hours on the phone. Can't recommend Dave and the team at Better Enabled enough.
Amazing service, quick turn round and extremely knowledgeable. We were unfortunately victimised to cyber fraud!!! All our computers were hacked and the emails being monitored, it wasn't until we found out they had changed bank details on an invoice that we were being / had been hacked. Once we were made aware minutes after phoning Dave and his team all our passwords were reset and our account was safe again. We are now looking to get Dave and his team to overhaul our entire system and the way in which we are currently working.
